Job Responsibility Conciliation and Industrial Disputes Registering Officer under various Labour Laws like Contract Labour Act/Building & Other Construction Act/Shops & Establishment Regulation Conducting of inspections/Prosecutions under various Labour Laws. Authority under Payment of Wages Act. As Beneficiary Registration Officer under Building and Other Construction Workers (RE&CS) Act 1996 has to conduct awareness camps and responsible for registration of workers under Board.
