Essential qualification + Minimum Post qualification experience of 10 Years + prescribed age limit for the post + desired qualification in relevant field viz. Economics/Sociology/Social Sciences/Public Policy/ other social sciences/governance/ development studies + Minimum 2 years of Experience in Skill Development/Labour/Employment/Entrepreneurship development areas in last 5 years + last monthly pay drawn by the Applicant was at least 45 % of consolidated pay of the post.
