4. Fill the online format correctly
5. Check the SAMPLE SNAPSHOT for example
6. Fill in the Registration Number and other Basic Information correctly
7. Read all other instructions carefully and perform the steps 
8. Click on the save to SAVE the information
9. Click on the "CLICK HERE TO PAYMENT THE REQUIRED FEES FOR MAIN EXAMINATION " to make the payment
