architectural and frame control etc. whereas the Town Planning
Wing prepares scheme for the implementation of Master Plan,
Planning of new areas/Sectors, Zoning Plans, besides identifying
land use zones.

Job Responsibilities
- Collects information regarding building from client department.
- Meets the client department and Engineers and finalizes sketch design.
- Structural, public health, sanitary and electrical proposals from respective Engineers for designs and after administrative approval prepares working drawings of the buildings
