Job Description

• Efficiently manage the functioning of Project Monitoring Unit (PMU)

• Monitoring of IT project development & implementation and manage the external system integrator

• Provide expert technical and project management advices to the department
• Ensure successful and in-time completion of the project

Requirements

• B.E / B. Tech./ MCA/Post graduation (IT), M.Sc (IT). M.Tech
• Hands-on experience on Setting up of a sizeable & secure on premises data-center 
• Hands-on handling the Data security
• Experience on IT Infrastructure devices and components such as Routers, Firewalls, Anti-APT devices, SIEM, HSM, HIPS, DLP, Privilege Access Management and firewalls etc

Role & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities	Develop and rolled out efficiently in line with the organization’s IT Strategy Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customer at all levels To assist the Department on project Ensure proper documentation and processes establishment as per industry best practices Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripheral Coordination between system integrator teams and department stakeholders around the project to manage ongoing communication of project status including regular updates to manage stakeholder expectations
Other	System Support Procedures Change Management Incident Management System and Technical Configuration Documentation Disaster recovery Monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
